- Visit the official NHSP My Bank Login Portal at bank.nhsp.uk
- Navigate to the right-hand side of the page to complete the username and password field with the right credentials
- Click the “Login” button to enter the first page, the My Time tab, of your NHSP My Bank online profile.

To use this self-service option to reset your password, you must have a valid e-mail address registered with the NHSP. If you have, you can start the recovery process by taking the steps listed below.
- Go to the NHSP My Bank Login site at bank.nhsp.uk
- Click the “Forgot password?” link under the ‘Login’ button on the right-hand side of your screen.
- You will be directed to the NHS Professionals Password Management portal.
- Enter your NHSP My Bank Online Account username and email address in their fields in the middle of the page.
